“ Count toxins not calories "

Many of us have lived under the assumption that we should count calories and look at calorie intake as something that should be shamed. Well, I’m here to tell you calories are not the enemy. In fact, they are needed to live and function. Calories are used to measure the energy in food. The body requires energy for every cell and bodily function; in essence, the body depends on your calorie intake. Your calorie intake should be based on your activity level. You burn calories along with the activity.

Toxins are the contributing factors to weight gain and dis-ease. So when checking the nutrition facts, avoid counting calories and forward to the ingredient section and tally up toxic ingredients.
